Select a tool for its task, observed source period, and limits. These notes preserve the current Field Guide’s September 5 checks. They are not a live data feed or a new validation of every score.

What can another person reproduce?
Use these checks on one result you intend to cite. The boxes record your review; checking them does not independently verify the evidence. The finding worksheet holds the details.
Open the CL-xxx Finding Card and record the actual sources and method. If a check remains unresolved, write the missing fact as the next research task.
Do not ask a score to answer a different question.
A defined record of conduct, votes, relationships, policy events, or institutional replacement under a stated method.
Whether a candidate accepted a demand. Whether a household received a benefit. Whether a contribution was an unlawful exchange. Whether an unscored person presents low risk.
State the narrow finding the record supports. Let the next question grow from that evidence.
When the source and tool disagree, preserve both with dates. Use the primary record for the fact and request a precise correction through Operation Citizen’s contact page. The result may require remeasurement rather than a stronger headline.
