Citizens’ League · Operation Citizen · First step

Begin with your people.

Use: identify and save your congressional delegation. Choose your House member and state directly from the dated CL-001 record. Save the delegation once, then carry those people into their votes, representative worksheet, and candidate work.

CL-001 is the member selector. The official House address check is available only when you do not know your district. Operation Citizen stores your saved delegation only in this browser.

1. Choose your delegation from CL-001.

Select your state first. CL-001 will supply both senators and the House members in that state. If the state has more than one House district, choose your representative from the list.

Do not know your House district? Use the official House address check only to identify the district, then return here and choose the member from CL-001. Check my district on House.gov.

2. Review and save the people who represent you.

3. See your people through the CL-001 record.

After you choose your delegation, this page shows the CL-001 delivery record: what each member wrote, what became law, whether it passed under their own bill number or rode inside somebody else’s, whether every transaction report reached the Clerk on time, and where they stand against their own chamber. There is no grade and no total. A vote establishes a recorded position; it does not, by itself, establish motive — and the complete vote files are inside this kit.

Your next step: save the delegation, read one member’s record below, then press that member’s complete-vote button. The vote page will already know whom you selected. From there, compare public promises with delivered results and keep your finding in the representative worksheet.

4. Continue with the Citizens’ League records already in this kit.

Stay inside Operation Citizen while you develop the question. CL-003, CL-007, and CL-009 are packaged here with their data. Links to government pages inside those records are optional checks of the underlying evidence.
